The November ALTAR LIST OF THE DEAD
envelopes are now available for use of parishioners and others on the tables near the doors of the church and in the Blessed Sacrament chapel, and may be returned, with the list of the names of those whom you wish to include in the parish Altar List for November 2018 / 2019. 
Kindly return the envelope by placing it in the big safe in the Holy Family side of the church during the next few weeks.  Thank you.

 

 

Monday 5th November 2018
MASS FOR THE DECEASED
 Holy Mass will be offered at 7.30 pm on Monday 5th November 2018 for the people whose funerals took place at this Church from late October 2017 to late October 2018.   We extend a warm welcome to the families of the deceased, their relatives, their friends, neighbours and former colleagues.
 


REST IN PEACE
Your prayers are requested for the soul of
Rev Colm Duggan
recently deceased and also for the soul of the following whose anniversary occurs about this time: 
Johnny McAllister

The fifth National Collection for the World Meeting of Families 2018 will take place on the weekend of Saturday/Sunday 10th /11th November 2018 to
help defray unpaid debts outstanding from expenses for the WMF.  The diocese thanks parishioners for their amazing generosity.

 

 


YOU …. A PRIEST?
Exploring Priesthood Retreat
Friday 23rd Nov 6 pm to Sunday 24th Nov 4 pm, at Mount St Anne’s, Killenard, near Port Arlington.
This short “Come and See” retreat exploring priesthood is an opportunity for
men aged between 18 to 40 to meet priests and seminarians, to learn how they heard their call and what is involved in being a priest.

The Christian community of Holy Family parish extends a Céad Míle Fáilte to the following children who received the SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM, in our church during the month of October.  
Grace Ella Gran and Isabella Evelyn Toni Hickey, Saoirse Barbara Davis and Alda Leona Villarta. 
We extend our congratulations and best wishes to both parents and children

 


Fund Raising for Victims of Floods KERALA in INDIA August 2018
Dear friends in Jesus.
May the peace of the lord be with us all.
Hope you might have heard the flood disaster in Kerala India. Millions of people affected and hundreds of people died in this natural calamity; houses collapsed, roads destroyed, restoration, renewal, rebuilding of the houses are the needs at the moment.
Indian Catholic community in Ireland is joining with the respective dioceses in Kerala to support the affected people. Please pray for us and kindly support us. Be assured of our prayers
