Pentecost Sunday

  

Pre-Referendum Holy Hour
There will be Eucharistic Adoration here on Monday 21st May from 7.30-8.30 for the well-being of parents and unborn children. 
Monday is the new feast of Mary, Mother of the Church

The outdoor collection for the MISSIONARY HOLY ROSARY SISTERS will take place this weekend 19th / 20th May.  Your generosity is appreciated.

 
St Vincent de Paul Clothing Appeal is for clean good quality clothes, bed clothes, curtains, shoes etc.  BAGS will be available at the doors today. 
The bags will be collected next Sun 27th May before 12 noon.

 

The collection for the ST VINCENT DE PAUL last weekend amounted to €1,746.  Many thanks to all for your generosity

 

ROSARY VIGIL to Our Lady of Victories for the Protection of the Unborn in Sallynoggin Church Thursday 24th May & Friday 25th May.
Join us any time during these 2 days

 Litter Clean up Saturday 26th May; 11.am; Resource Centre; 1 hour.

DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE TO LOURDES
The Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes 7th – 12th September.  There are 180 places on the Special section for the sick

Referendum: 26 hours of prayer
A 26-hour vigil of Eucharistic Adoration, in the chapel of the Divine Master, Newtown park Ave., will begin with Mass at 8pm on Thursday 24th May to 10 pm on Friday 25th May (when voting will close)
Come and pray for the protection of the unborn and for grace to vote wisely.

 

OUR COMMON HUMANITY
Copies of the statement of the Irish Catholic Bishops Conference on the right to life of the unborn child are available on the tables.  We recommend you read it as you prepare to vote in the referendum on 25th May.

WORLD MEETING OF FAMILIES

ATTENTION PARISHIONERS
A new European Data Protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), is being introduced on 25 May 2018. This new law applies to any organisation, including our parish that manages and processes people’s personal information. We are now working on ways of ensuring that what we do with your information is compliant with this new law. It is a work in progress and over the next few months we will keep you informed through the parish website and in the newsletter as policies are put in place.
