CHURCH SHOP (Christmas Gifts)  
Boxed Christmas cards, Christmas Mass cards @ €3 each; various tree & house decorations, Children’s books, Small & medium cribs; candles and many other items all at affordable prices.

 

ACTIVE RETIREMENT CHRISTMAS FAIR / OPEN DAY
will be held on Sunday 3rd Dec in the Resource Centre after 10.30 am and 12 noon Masses Crafts sale etc. 3 pm – 5pm
Entertainment tea & coffee served. 
All welcome
Proceeds donated to Peter McVerry Trust & Heart beat Trust

 

MASS FOR PEACE on Thurs 30th Nov @ 8.pm in the chapel at the Divine Master, Newtownpark Ave.  Rosary before Mass; Adoration after Mass.

It is inspired by similar gatherings in Poland and Italy.  It is in response to the crises that faces Ireland in relation to proposed abolitions of legal protection for the unborn in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.  We are threatened with abortion even abortion on demand.


Archbishop Martin is seeking support for this year’s ANNUAL PARISH CROSSCARE FOOD APPEAL on Sat/Sun 2nd/3rd Dec.  Items most needed include soups, tinned meats, biscuits, cleaning, shampoo and hygiene products


CHURCHES TOGETHER are holding their
Annual Blue Christmas Service on Sunday the 3rd December 2017 at 5 pm in Dun Laoghaire Evangelical Church, Lower Glenageary Road. 
All are welcome, but a particular welcome is extended to those who are lonely or bereaved and who might find Christmas difficult.

Faith in Action: commit to a greener Christmas
Thanks for everyone who took part in the litter clean-up on Saturday last.  We hope to repeat the exercise over the Christmas period.  The vast majority of litter collected was avoidable, so reinforcing the point that each of us must cut down on generating waste in the first place.
