HOLY FAMILY PARISH
Newsletter 29th /30th August, 2015
22nd Sunday in Ordinary time
We need to revise the times of Eucharistic Adoration to ensure that there are always at least two or three people present when the Blessed Sacrament is exposed. We are inviting people to volunteer and attend for half hour periods.
There are cards available at the doors of the Church, please fill in and leave in the boxes marked EUCHARISTIC ADORATION.
Prayers are urgently required for the needs of our Parishioners, young and old, for peace in the world and for vocations to the Priesthood, Diaconate and Consecrated Life.
Starts on Tuesday, 15th September at Presentation Brothers House, Glasthule.
Our Parish Church is cleaned by a small group of dedicated volunteers who do an excellent job. We urgently need additional volunteers to help keep our Church clean. Many visitors comment on how well our Church looks. The cleaning takes place each Monday morning for one hour following the 10 am Mass. If you can help please come along where you will be most welcome.
The RESOURCE CENTRE will reopen on Tuesday 1st September.
The PARISH OFFICE is open Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm
