Part of the letter from TRÓCAIRE to Fr John Killeen “I write to thank you most sincerely for your support over the past months in encouraging and inviting the people of Kill O the Grange Parish to participate in our annual fundraising campaign during Lent.  Without your ongoing support the work that we do simply could not happen.
I would also like to thank your parishioners for their continuing generosity despite the difficult economic times many people face.  Their support is bringing new hope to the lives of women, men and children facing injustice and poverty.
Thanks to your generous support and the people of your parish, communities in many countries now have the opportunity to install water pumps and irrigation systems.  The provision of water for drinking, cooking, cleaning and farming is providing families with the means to work their way out of poverty and to lead lives with dignity and potential
We are eager for your parishioners to know that their support is helping many people to overcome and work their way out of poverty.  For this we are truly grateful.
With every good wish and blessing, Eamonn Meehan
